Freelance Privileged Access Management SME (ZZP)

Privileged access management is a critical capability within security and is from risk perspective in the bom-zone (highest level of risk) and the risk level need to be reduced now. Also with the upcoming Phoenix/FAAST we need to have the expert in house to manage the workload and provide the expertise to ensure we lower the risk.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Support the access control domain lead and architect with the overall direction and oversight into the PAM functions across the organization.

• Gathering and analyzing enterprise privileged access management security requirements.

• Promote best practices and solutions to project team and operations teams.

• Assist in designing and implementing the PAM toolset for the enterprise, manufacturing &R&D.

• Responsible for documenting, designing the PAM toolset in alignment with the overall Security and IT strategy.

• Assist application/business unit teams with privileged accounts on-boarding into the Beyond Trust toolset.

• Support Philips to manage and secure access to the cloud, servers, databases, applications and robots.

• Develop and maintain PAM documentation.

• Work with Project Management to communicate status of tasks.

• Collaborate with access control security architect & operations team.

Other things that we are looking for:

• 5 plus years progressive experience with PAM solutions and current work experience with PAM Beyond Trust product suite.

• Experience integrating PAM solution with multiple platforms including Windows, Unix, Database, cloud, application & API platforms required.

• General knowledge of networking concepts and server operating systems.

• Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

• Affinity for an engineering culture that emphasizes Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery.

• Ability to perform critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Full professional proficiency in English.

• Work independently and maintain a high degree of professional conduct.

• Experience working with a global team operating in different time zones

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Beyond Trust Password Safe and remote access toolset, the first person they should think about is to ask you as you know how to secure things.

• Working on-site in Best, NL at least 3 days a week / Hybrid working model
