Freelance Identity & Access Management - Subject Matter Expert (ZZP)
As the Subject matter expert you are responsible for delivering product value by working with stakeholders to understand their needs and driving, coordinating and implementing new capabilities defined product backlog. You identify opportunities and support initiatives focused on standardization and continuous improvement of IAM processes and technologies and managing risk while maintaining a strong business focus. Ensure that risks related to access control are sufficiently mitigated.
You are responsible for:
Ensure that access control vision & strategy is implemented by assisting with implementation of the identity and access management capability roadmap
Identify relevant new trends and techniques to extend current capabilities in access control
Identify maturity gaps and lack of coverage in current capabilities and define plan to remediate
Drive access control by assisting with development of policies, standards, baselines
Support BPO and BPE with design of processes and procedures
Improve security services by working with Domain lead, architects, SME’s and Service Delivery Manager to better meet stakeholder needs, makes proposals for new services
Assist in managing stakeholder expectations of access control initiatives, define and implement user stories and acceptance criteria
Gather business and technical requirements, assisting with business and technical design/architecture and ensure it?s aligned with policies, processes and architecture principles
Balance and prioritize the demand in alignment with stakeholders
Ensure that capabilities are implemented according to approved designs
Support and drive initiative like collect CIEM, Native change, risk scoring, KPI Dashboard, role management for few apps, support in IAM application assessments
You are a part of:
Group Security - working with the domain lead logical access control and will serve as a main liaison between the Group Security and business or IT partners.
To succeed in this role, you?ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
5 years previous experience within information security
BS equivalent degree required; MS or other advanced degree highly desired
Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards and NIST framework
Detailed domain knowledge on best practices, technologies & industry standards related to identity and access management
Knowledge of and experience with the following technologies:
Identity Governance and Administration
Privileged Access Management
Multi-Factor Authentication and Federation
Full professional proficiency in English
Desire to constantly learn, improve, and drive results
Ability to perform critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong customer orientation and an excellent team player
Work independently and maintain a high-degree of professional conduct
Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills, ability to drive change and manage stakeholders within a complex organization
