Job Description:


In this role, you will be working in the Integrated People Services department which is part of our Human Resources organization. You will be responsible for the communication and activation of people processes, solutions, and experience, with a key focus on activating our core HR domain (performance management, rewards, HR solutions, and interfaces) to HR, people leaders, and all employees. Your main stakeholders are the PPS Centers, HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and HRBPs and HRMs.



You are responsible for:


  • Managing communications and engagements for our annual HR cycle (goalsetting, feedback, performance review, annual compensation).


  • Managing communications and engagements for strategic HR projects, HR initiatives, systems, and solutions.


  • Maintaining and driving content quality in all HR domains, supporting HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), subject matter experts (SMEs), different countries across the world, and cross functional HR partners. You are using metrics to identify areas of opportunity and drive improvements.


  • Collaboration with our HR Activation Manager, Global HR Content Manager, Global Communications Team, HR Leadership Team, and various HR Centers of Excellence.



Deliverables are:


  • Creating and actively driving our annual HR communications agenda.


  • Creating and actively driving HR engagement initiatives (newsletters, mass emails, leadership positioning, intranet articles, HR webcasts)


  •  Managing internal communications channels for HR function (Viva Engage live sessions, intranet, mass mail, newscast)


  • Creating and maintaining analytics dashboard for all communication efforts



  • To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:


  • Master´s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or related studies.


  • 3-7 years of experience within the HR area, preferably in an international environment.


  • Strong stakeholder management, can-do attitude, and confident delivery. We are looking for someone with a self-starting mindset who is not afraid to work without too much guidance.


  • Project management, change management, and communication skills.

  •  A minimum level C1 of proficiency in English (written and spoken).


  • Experience with copywriting, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
