  • Optimizes execution of Purchase to Pay (P-2-P) process in line with organizational strategy, driving all process-specific projects and managing their budget (incl. IT).

  • Ensures alignment and execution of these projects within functional domains.

  • Coordinates cross functional process standardization and simplification.

  • Manages periodic process audits; identifies issues and root causes.

  • Addresses them with responsible managers and business representatives.

  • Has extensive knowledge of industry standard and benchmarks and implements process best practices to the organization.

  • Defines, implements and monitor key performance indicators of the P2P process and uses the data to proactively improve the process end to end together with procurement and other stakeholders

  • Follows up on escalations of P2P issues with (sr) stakeholders and solves the rootcauses structurally together with the P2P team Drives the implementation of the P2P process in the new SAP4Hana system landscape of Philips Domestic Appliances ( both direct and indirect P2P processes and related payment methods) and focuses on automation of the process as much as possible.

  • Has experience with shared service centre/ outsourced P2P process and oversight Leads and coaches the P2P team on a day to day basis.
