In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Be responsible for consumer campaigns for Western Europe, inspiring and engaging our consumer audiences through best in class execution. Your focus will be on defining and deploying sharp activation guidelines in line with comms strategy across the disciplines of media, pr and influencers, and accelerating campaign performance through actionable insights generation and best practice sharing.
This position can be based anywhere from Western Europe. London or Amsterdam Preferred.
You are responsible for:
Regional campaign owner, driving the category guidelines, annual planning approach and performance tracking for the category. Working closely with zones, regional and ‘centre of excellence’ counterparts to drive campaign excellence;
o Define region Media, PR and Influencer strategy including ‘golden rule’ definition and translation to activation guidelines for the category
o Own Media & PR annual planning cadence for the region, ensuring regional guidelines are updated, aligned with regional counterparts and deployed to zone counterparts.
o Drive adoption of regional guidelines, performance learnings and best practices in the zone through co-creation, capability building and 1:1 coaching.
o Act as the connector within the media and pr community, inspiring with external and internal best practices to elevate the category standard.
o Owner of regional Media & PR test & learn agenda, defining, aligning and deployment of out-comes in collaboration with agency, media partners and Philips key counterparts for the category.
o Support regional category leader in campaign budget setting for the category in collaboration with COE & agency counterparts
o Owner regional category media & pr roadmap initiative status and category performance reviews with Category and Media & PR counterparts.
o Owner bi-annual category BOMI (book of media & pr insights) ensuring key brand and MMM learnings are captured and key insights and action are captured, deployed and adopted.
o First POC for Media & PR across Philips region, COE and agency counterparts for the category.

o 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Analytics/Campaign Management
o Proven ability to translate marketing strategy into end-to-end full funnel multi channel and country campaign plans
o Experienced in digital and offline media planning incl TV, OOH and Partnerships
o Deep understanding of the media marketplace dynamics
o Strategic Mindset with holistic approach to decision-making, using data-driven insights and seeking inputs from diverse and inclusive sets of stakeholders.
o Experience with full Google Stack (DV360, CM360, Google Ads & GA4) & Facebook Business Manager & Ad Manager preferred
o Tech/Digital savvy and open-minded to the role of new technologies, and the ability to translate into actionable ideas.
o Strong ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a global organization and with agency counterparts
o Excellent communication & presentation skills with ability to translate and simplify complex topics to a broad set of stakeholders
o Business Fluent in English (min. 1 additional EU language preferred)
