Your challenge

We spend the last years, defining and maturing our new process template, which is supported by SAP. In 2017/2018 we deployed the template to most of our key markets. In 2019 we intend to deploy the new processes to the remaining Markets, two of them being CEE and Greece.

For the CEE/Greece deployment we are looking for a Finance Deployment manager, who together with the SCM Deployment manager, and the various process experts will ensure a successful deployment.

The ownership of the template and decisions on content reside with the BPEs. This finance project manager ensure the milestones are adhered to.

Your responsibilities

•   Main Finance point of Contact for the local Market, the supporting Hubs and our BPO provider
•   Liaison between the Country team, the Hubs teams, the BPE teams and the Central team
•   Manage Local Finance Stakeholders, including governance meetings
•   Drive Change Management within the Finance Domain
•   Drive the delivery of training to end-users
•   Drive the sign off for UAT
•   Drive the localization of the global Cut over approach to reflect the local Needs
•   Drive business readiness
•   Go live Support
•   Support Hypercare

Your team

The deployment team will consists of End2End Project Manager, a SCM and a Finance PM and
Functional BPEs / BAs (SCM and Finance), SMEs and Change and Organizational Design specialists.
You will report functionally to the End2End Project Manager.

Travel is expected.

We are looking for

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned finance professional with experience in consultancy combined with an operational finance role. Prior experience with large implementations is a must.

•   10+ years of Finance Experience,
•   Project Management skills
•   Consultancy background, combined with hands-on Operational experience
•   Understanding of the finance processes (Order2Cash, Procure2Pay and Record2Report)
•   Energetic / Hands On
•   Excellent interpersonal skills;
•   Able to manage all levels of finance stakeholders
•   Fully conversant in English;
•   Outstanding communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics
in simple easy to understand language.
