Change Management Engineer (Mechanical)
PHILIPS is seeking a Change Management engineer within the Mechanics Department of the Mechatronics Development Cluster in R&D IGT Systems. You'll be an integral part of the Change Management Team within Product Quality and Maintenance.
Your Role in the Team:
As a Change Management Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of our products in the Maintain Launched Design (MLD) scope. Your key responsibilities include:
Managing change and configuration for released parts
Executing engineering changes following PDLM procedures
Maintaining critical product data, including the Design History File (DHF) and Device Master Record (DMR) of medical products
Handling part Bill of Materials (BOM) lists, drawings, master lists, changes, and test results
To excel in this role, you should have:
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field with 3-5 years of experience in Research & Development (R&D)
Proficiency in Windchill cPLM (common Product Lifecycle Management)
A preference for working within defined processes in an operational R&D environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including engineering leads, procurement, supplier quality, and packaging teams
Experience with Excel is a plus
