PHILIPS is seeking a Change Management engineer within the Mechanics Department of the Mechatronics Development Cluster in R&D IGT Systems. You'll be an integral part of the Change Management Team within Product Quality and Maintenance.

Your Role in the Team:

As a Change Management Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of our products in the Maintain Launched Design (MLD) scope. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing change and configuration for released parts

  • Executing engineering changes following PDLM procedures

  • Maintaining critical product data, including the Design History File (DHF) and Device Master Record (DMR) of medical products

  • Handling part Bill of Materials (BOM) lists, drawings, master lists, changes, and test results

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field with 3-5 years of experience in Research & Development (R&D)

  • Proficiency in Windchill cPLM (common Product Lifecycle Management)

  • A preference for working within defined processes in an operational R&D environment

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including engineering leads, procurement, supplier quality, and packaging teams

  • Experience with Excel is a plus
