This is a 9 months maternity cover role in the Global marketing process team at Philips in the Chief Marketing & E-Commerce Officer’s organization. The Business Process Expert’s (BPE) role is to build and manage capabilities and drive the standardized way of working. The scope of topics include process design and management for upstream portfolio marketing and marketing planning. This is a high exposure role with opportunity to manage wide range of topics critical to success of Marketing Transformation at Philips.

He/she will develop, implement, and drive continuous improvements of the standardized business capabilities process in scope, will be the process custodian and ensure adoption of proven practices. Capture learnings and actively share success within your community.

There will be a 1 month hand-off period before the individual in this role steps out for maternity leave.

Process Management & Compliance
· Responsible for portfolio marketing and marketing planning processes
· Manage quality and regulatory compliance of processes in scope
· Work in close alignment with Innovation process team for alignment and establishing interconnections

Process Design & Deployment
· Marketing process optimization & standardization
· Embed marketing processes in in standard process repository and deploy in quality management systems
· Work with capabilities and learning team to enable deployment of processes in marketing community
· Process Performance tracking and Continuous improvement

Key Activities
· Manage the standard way of working for designated processes & capability
· Designing and continuous improvement of processes
· Engage with key subject matter experts (SMEs) and leaders in the organization to collect input for continuous improvement as well as to
· Drive the change management agenda to ensure process adoption
· Identify tooling dependencies in process execution and work with Group Digital and IT to enable

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
· Bachelor or master degree
· 5+ years’ experience working in marketing
· Senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
· Capability / process design experience is a plus but not mandatory
· Problem solving and project management skills
· Creative problem solving skills
· Experience in leading process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Hoshin or 6-sigma)
· Structured, organized and stress resilient personality able quickly to understand the issues and bring together necessary resources to resolve them
