Assistant Controller HTS and Design

The Design controller takes up HTS as second business responsibility. To get the house in order additional finance support is required to have quick and instant impact.

Co-manage the business portfolio and support strategic decisions by means of sound business analysis (bus. modeling, opportunity & risk assessments, scenario analysis, etc.) and an outside in focus. Drives and executes organizational and performance improvements by means of a convincing strategically aligned and solid factual plan as well as an understanding of competitive position. Monitors the financial position of the BU's service lines. Identifies risks and opportunities to current financial projections and takes corrective actions where needed (e.g., margin improvement). Coordinates the BU's Monthly Business Review Meeting, RoFo and AOP reviews, reports and analysis across his/her Businesses.

Special focus on Department cost reporting based on standard I&S Cost Cube data, drive ownership and reviews against targets; supports Tariff standardization, BMC handshake and utilization of service lines and individuals. Diagnostic and Predictive analytics for impact and course correction is essential to support success in both businesses.
