Job Description:
•   To improve productivity / reduce release cycle time through effective use of AI.
•   Leveraging AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, OpenAI Codex, and similar platforms to augment our software engineering workflow to enhance productivity, improve code quality, and collaborate effectively. This includes:
•   Using AI tools for code generation, refactoring, and documentation.
•   Understanding prompts and model behavior for high-accuracy suggestions.
•    Applying AI in debugging, test case creation, and code reviews.
•    Familiarity with productivity enhancements and limitations of AI tooling.
•   This capability is mandatory for all engineering roles on the team.
•   Contribute to Features/User stories for modules/SDS /Test strategy.
•   Create (detailed) design and related artifacts.
•   Perform unit testing of the code.
•   Participate in peer reviews for project artifacts and ensure high quality of deliverable.
•   Support in project estimation, planning and risk management activities.
•   Manage technical communication with partners.
•   Guides and coaches the project team in technology as and when applicable.

You're the right fit if:
•   Bachelor/Master of Engineering in the field of Computer Science or equivalent.
•   Min. 8 years of experience as Full Stack Developer.
•   Strong knowledge and experience in Object Oriented Design and Development.
•   Knowledge of design patterns and practical applications.
•   Hands on experience on designing resilient applications.
•   Should be hands on and have strong knowledge of of C# .Net (at least 5+ years).
•   Hands on experience on working with AMQPS and RabbitMQ, Consul, SqlServer and websockets.
•   Hands on experience of Angular UI framework (at least 2+ years).
•   Having a good understanding of software development practices.
•   Experience in Microservices architecture & cloud related tech stack (preferably AWS).
•   Strong abstraction, analytical and problem-solving skills.
•   Working experience in Agile/SAFe development methodologies.
•   Good communication and presentation skills.
•   Ability to take ownership of team goals and deliver with quality and within required timeline.
•   Ability to innovate and foster innovation.
•   Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
•   Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries like HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery
•   Experience in JavaScript frameworks Angular, React, Node.js and multiple back-end languages like C#, .Net.
•   Familiarity with databases MySQL, MongoDB, web servers (e.g. Apache, nginx) and UI/UX design.
•   Good have Python and Java.
•   Experience working in AWS/Azure cloud environment.
•   Knowledge of creations and consumption of REST and SOAP services.
•   Familiarity with common stacks.
•   Experience working in scrum teams and familiar with the agile methodologies.
•   Great attention to technical details in the project.
•   Strong communication and influencing skills are a must.
•   Knowledge of a regulated (FDA) development environment.
•   Working in a cross-cultural environment in global setup.
•   Prior experience in supporting medical products SW development.
•   Strong drive and focus on software quality.
•   Adept at using one of these AI Assistance tools: GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Windsurf during coding tasks, AI Agents, Implementation of RAG and MCP.
