We are looking for a Software Technologist I with 6–8 years of experience in C#/.NET application development to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in object-oriented design, software architecture, and end-to-end solution development. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality software, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the development of innovative healthcare technology solutions.
Experience6–8 years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using C#/.NET.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.

Understand end-to-end solution architecture, deployment models, and system integration scenarios.
Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using C#/.NET technologies.
Build scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications following industry best practices.
Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate technical feasibility and mitigate implementation risks.
Convert business and customer requirements into technical designs and software solutions.
Apply object-oriented design principles and software design patterns to build reusable and extensible applications.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software aligned with project objectives.
Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution activities.
Work closely with product owners, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, best practices, and code reviews.
Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
