Position Summary

We are looking for a Software Technologist I with 6–8 years of experience in C#/.NET application development to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in object-oriented design, software architecture, and end-to-end solution development. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality software, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the development of innovative healthcare technology solutions.

Experience
  • 6–8 years of hands-on software development experience.

  • Strong experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using C#/.NET.

  • Experience working in Agile software development environments.

Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in:

    • Computer Science

    • Information Technology

    • Software Engineering

    • Or an equivalent discipline

Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development
  • Understand end-to-end solution architecture, deployment models, and system integration scenarios.

  • Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using C#/.NET technologies.

  • Build scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications following industry best practices.

  • Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate technical feasibility and mitigate implementation risks.

Solution Design
  • Convert business and customer requirements into technical designs and software solutions.

  • Apply object-oriented design principles and software design patterns to build reusable and extensible applications.

  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

Quality & Delivery
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.

  • Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively.

  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software aligned with project objectives.

  • Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution activities.

Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with product owners, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
