Visual Designer
In this role, you have the opportunity to create and design reusable visuals and graphics for conferences, newsletters, PR, communication and documentation material for the Philips Software Center of Excellence.
You are responsible for
- Creating high quality visuals to be used for PR, communication and documentation material
- Design and production of all exhibition materials (internal and external): panels, signage, attendee/speaker IDs, leaflets etc.
- Applying the Philips Brand Guidelines to all assets
- Submission of artworks to the Philips Brand Desk for approval
- Peer reviewing work
- Building, maintaining and creating graphics for the conference SharePoint site
- Creating artwork/branding for give-aways
- Creating digital graphics for internal promotions: email headers, digital displays
- Creating digital graphics for related applications i.e.mobile app, social media, internal networks
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Experience in working Agile
- Experience in working with Philips Brand Guidelines
- Good visual eye
- Detail oriented
- Team player, delivery focused, flexible to work in a virtual team
- A background in both printed AND digital design is essential
- Experience working in a Corporate environment
- Native English speaker
- Able to work under pressure and be available out of European working hours
- Able to produce accurate and creative artworks in a limited timeframe
- Able to work on both large and small format projects
- Able to adapt the Philips brand across a wide range of platforms: digital, print, large format, small format, text/graphic limited, editorial etc.
