User Acceptance Test Manager: BlueHeart Health Systems

Background
As UAT test manager you will become part of the overall project of bringing a business or market organization on the Philips Integrated Landscape. The Philips Integrated Landscape (PIL) is the standardized architecture and technology foundation - fundamental to our business models and transformation. It will provide the technological capabilities and processes (Software as a Service, and Digital) that allow us to be agile, fast and become a leading Health Technology company. As a UAT Test Manager you will be leading all Order to Cash/ERP test activities, which include the transactions in scope for ERP systems: Commercial (MP1), Industrial (MBP), Customer Service (CS), Agile (PLM). This consists of re-testing transactions previously tested during SIT (System Integration Testing), and testing new Business scrips that perform end-to-end testing during UAT (User Acceptance Testing). The role will be to lead and support Order to Cash (O2C) / ERP program through the complete test cycle & confirming validating the solution meets requirements and performs as anticipated.

You are responsible for
developing a User Acceptance Test Plan
Managing the execution of end-to-end SAP testing, and ensuring entry and exit criteria are met and the solution works as designed.
Defining the scope of UAT together with Process Experts and Business
producing the UAT Test plan
Determining the test scripts required in Azure Dev Ops Tool
Teaching Azure Dev Ops classes if required
running defect meetings and ensuring defects categorized and ensuring Business go live with no critical defects, that will adversely affect the business.
The Test Manager will drive the overall test planning, in conjunction with Philips Test Center of Excellence (TCoE), ensuring proper standards and methods are followed.

Assumptions
DevOps Azure will be the Test Tool used during SIT and UAT
The Test Scripts run during SIT will be re-used during UAT
There will be additional end-to-end Test Scrips created for UAT
Philips BH UAT Test Plan template is used to create the plan.
Key Users will be executing the UAT Test Scripts.
Business Process Experts will provide Knowledge Transfer (KT) to Key Users on how the processes operate during UAT

Deliverables
Specifically create, edit and develop the following work products in accordance with the Project Methodology (SIM-Lite)
Create a UAT Test Plan. This test plan will determine the scope of User Acceptance Testing, the methods, the constraints, the entry and exit criteria, and other technical, process and logistical aspects of testing, utilizing the Philips UAT template.
Create a daily calendar of UAT Test Scripts to be run daily, manage the overall test activity, and provide assistance and direction to the UAT Test Team on activities and tasks required.
Run the daily stand-up meeting and the end of the day Defect Meeting
Create the entrance and exit criteria for UAT.
Develop metrics for daily reporting UAT completion statistics out of Azure Dev Ops
Train Key Users on Azure
Determine and create End-to-End Test Scripts in Azure in accordance with the PM's and Business.

Critical Success Factors
In order to make this engagement a success a couple of factors are of critical importance:
UAT Test Plan development and acceptance by the project team.
Agreement of the scope of UAT and the amount of end-to-end testing required
DevOps / Azure Test Script use and re-use from SIT
New Test Scripts created to support UAT and end-to-end testing
(Co-located) dedicated teams so that the UAT is run successfully.
Dedicated BPE's (Business Process Experts) on-site provided by Philips Blue Heart team, to perform the KT-Knowledge Transfer to Key Users so that the UAT Test Scripts can be executed properly.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree or equivalent with at least 5 years business experience in (functional) leadership role in one or more functions (Sales, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, F&A, IT)
Consulting and coaching skills, ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent project management capabilities
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10%)
Proven record managing projects adoption and transition management with Continuous Improvement experience
Knowledge and experience in Lean methodologies. Black Belt, DMAIC, DFSS, LEAN knowledge and experience is strongly preferred
Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
Demonstrable record of accomplishment of delivering on time and delivering the outcomes desired
Ability to mitigate risk, and manage adversity to keep project on track / ensure positive outcomes
