Note we are looking for an experienced TA recruiter for future needs. We don't have an actual assignment ready yet, but do think this will come up later this year and want to be ready to hire quickly when needed. Candidates will therefore be reviewed already.

You will be responsible for recruiting external talent for recent acquired companies by Philips till the full integration has taken place. Main challenge is that the recruiter will be working for the acquired company following their recruitment way of working and policies.

Main responsibilities:
Conducting an intake: Identify the business needs of the acquired companies and work out an agreed recruitment plan.
Sourcing and selection of external candidates: generate inflow of potentially suitable external candidates using the way of working and sourcing channels of the acquired company.
Short listing top talent based on behavioral interview techniques matching both the business needs and candidate's ambitions and expectations.
Business selection: Ensure the proposed candidate(s) are interviewed and evaluated by the business in line with the agreed recruitment plan, way-of-working and related guidelines of the acquired company.
Job-offer & contracting: Manage the offer process for the selected candidate in line with both the compensation & benefits structure of the acquired company.
Business partner: Build and maintain good relationship, business knowledge and satisfaction of both Hiring Managers and HR Managers.

You are part of the acquired company’s recruitment team responsible for full filling high volume of vacancies within a very challenging time line.

Must have items More than 7 years of recruitment experience of professionals (bachelor, master level) at both agency as corporate environment. Strong network in the fields of technology, software and R&D. Proven head hunting expertise. Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong influencing / communication skills both Dutch as English.
