TA Insights Specialist (Freelance)

Job Description
Enable an effective and efficient execution of Philips Talent Acquisition through data-driven advisory. Next to maintaining our current Data Solutions you will be setting up a TA dashboard for one of our strategic hiring priorities. Next to that you will play an important role in the design of our measuring our global TA formation, cost and workload against plan.

In your project role you will contribute to the development of our proactive & data driven total workforce advisory services to allow TA Leadership to continuously improve their delivery. You will work in close harmony with stakeholders outside of TA on data integration and the deployment of the Philips HR operating model around data & reporting by automation of the self-service model and organize transactional work out of TA to apply focus on advisory.

Tasks
 

• Maintaining and refresh our TA Data Solutions like daily management and workload dashboards.
• Designing daily management solutions for the Informatics hiring segment.
• Providing periodic updates on the progress of delivery and workload of Informatics hiring.
• Partner with HR Analytics to integrate and evolve HR Data and Analytics insights for the Informatics segment.
• Connecting datasets of our current formation, our financial planning and the workload (requisitions) and help to develop that into an intuitive and actionable solution.
• Improving financial tracking by developing our AOP dashboard.
• Assisting in the design and cost calculation of our future Organizational design.
