In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support the Transformation project to deploy new Marketing Insights & Analytics organization in Western Europe

You are responsible for
1.   Develop & deploy analytics solutions

• Collect, consolidate, and align requirements for analytics solutions across multiple stakeholder groups (e.g., Philips IT, business, and analytics stakeholders). 
• Project manage the deployment, user acceptance, training, and continuously improve analytics solutions
   

2.   Support the Transformation project:

• Support the project workstreams, stakeholder alignment, and planning to achieve required deliverables
• Summarize and structure transformation project documentation
• Create project presentations, including e.g., Gant charts, Org charts, Diagrams, RACI / SIPOC tables

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Need to have: 

• 3+ years of work experience in project management related to analytics solutions, dealing with IT and business stakeholders in complex matrix organizations
• Ability to visually communicate complex ideas and solutions
• Experience with project management (join all stakeholder meetings, structure the information, sending notes and taking action).
• Experienced user of Excel, PowerPoint
• Analytical mindset and ability to summarize large volume of information quickly
• Good communicator and stakeholder management
• High flexibility with tasks in scope
• A good team player
• Excellent English language
   

Nice to have: 

• Experience with transformation program
• Experience with large international matrix organizations
• Experience with Qlikview/Qliksense tools
