• Responsible for large/mega complex, multi-site, international projects.
• Managing cross- functional team with sub teams
• Manages external parties like subcontractors and partners with customized contracts
• Manages special business set ups like JV, Special Purpose Vehicle, Consortium
• Has an consulting and partially responsible role during acquisition (bid budget) and has full responsible for the execution phase
Profile: Profile for GTS Business Project Lead (BPL) and GTS Deployment Lead (DL)
• Seasoned professional, strong senior project management experiences with proven track record
• Expertise in supply chain management
• Experience, or at least strong affinity with GTS (Global Trade Services) or applicable GTS domain (Export Control, Customs, Preference Determination, Configurable Products)
• Preferably understanding of SAP-ERP (SAP-SD) and of SAP-GTS
• Ideally also understanding of Master Data Management
• Experience of operating in and proven successful delivery in complex settings; strong preference for Philips experience (in order to ‘navigate’ effectively)
• Self-starter
• Conceptual capabilities, combined with implementation & delivery drive
• People manager
• Change manager
• Strong and sensitive in multi-level stakeholder management (market leaders, plant managers, people in operations); sensitive to politics and ability to connect with different cultures (culture-savvy)
