You will be responsible for:
The role is to collect and resolve issues related to ongoing repairs in Poland/Shift, resolve as many as possible, then work with the Business to resolve the remaining issues.
Issues include technical Mfg Eng issues as well as Supply Chain issues related to the repair of products in Poland.
Working to optimise all the different pieces in the supply chain. To make sure the supply chain is functioning.
Detailed requirements
Transition repairs from Best to Poland
Work with the team in Poland to establish documented repair procedures to be approved by Philips
Monitor material and Supply Chain issues to ensure the stable output of repairs from Poland/Shyft, addressing and solving day to day issues as they arise
Manage small programs, as program manager, to ensure completion of all requirements established ion the program charter
Serve as a backup to the overall transition Program Manager for the transition of repairs to Poland
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
You'll need a customer-first attitude and the following
BS in Engineering
MBA or experience in Supply Chain Management
Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience in Mfg or Repair of complex electromechanical devices.
As a person you have to be/have
Self starter
Able to operate independently.
Good communicator, verbally and in writing
Hands on attitude, especially making Quality decisions based on facts
Good problem identification, root cause analysis, and solution identification skills
Experience in Mfg or Repair of complex electro-mechanical products
