DefOA Case Handler DXR

As a DefOA case handler you are directly responsible in the business with the entire DefOA team for solving and preventing DefOA cases (Defect on arrival) in Diagnostic X-ray systems (DXR). As a backup, you also support the teams involved with MRI scanners (MR) and Image Guided Therapy systems (IGT)

This job covers a wide range of processes, technology and organization.

You are responsible for

- Maintaining and updating the DefOA case database

- Enrich and filter incoming DefOA cases

- Working with the DefOA tool and updating cases

- Allocating the DefOA cases to the different departments with the associated communication regarding containment and correction

- Receiving feedback from the departments with the containment and corrective plans

- Creating reports and overviews

- Trend analysis

- Recognizing and creating insight into (ongoing) improvement projects

You are part of

The Installation Management department is responsible for the installations of Philips systems around the world. If a problem occurs during installation with a technical part of the system, this is called a Defect on Arrival (DefOA). These cases must be properly analyzed and fed back to the Organization in the Business, Market or function

To successfully fill this position, you must have the following skills and experience

- Good knowledge of Excel – (formulas, large databases, pivot tables);

- Command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;

- Demonstrable process knowledge;

- Specific product knowledge is a plus;

- Be able to make clear reports and PowerPoint;

- Experience with Outlook is a plus;

- You are honest, flexible and very accurate;

- Able to set priorities and switch quickly between different activities;

- You have good communication skills (clear communication between departments);

- Independent.
