The role of BPE
The role of Business Process Expert (BPE) is part of the Supplier Quality Assurance team which scope include all business and markets across Philips. This include process related to purchasing controls. This specific role will focus on the Supplier Audit process. If you have process design experience, project management skills and you have been involved in purchasing control, auditing and continuous improvement projects, we have a great fit for you. If you have experience in Supplier Quality, procurement, Market organization and Product Life cycle Management you should apply. 

You are responsible for
Being a Philips Business Process Expert in the area of Supplier Quality, responsible for, designing, implementing and driving deployment and continuous improvements of the standardized Supplier Audit process. Ensuring adoption of the process in a compliant manner. Development and maintenance of Project Plan to ensure deployment and adoption of the process across the businesses and the markets. Capturing learning and actively sharing success within your network. Assembling and coordinating global cross-functional groups, which consist of Business Process Experts, Subject Matter Experts and users. Actively seeking input to ensure best practices, are utilized and implemented. Working closely together with other BPEs & supporting Philips excellence representatives, aligning content deliverables such as Training material, Change Materials, job descriptions, performance mechanisms, work instructions within project timelines. Working closely with Philips Business Units (factories) & Market Organization. Working closely with Philips Supplier Quality. 

You are a part of
The Philips Supplier Quality Assurance Process & Systems team, which is a global team of Supplier Quality team, developing and supporting deployment of Philips purchasing control processes. You will be in charge of the Supplier Auditing Process, which is defining the global process and setup of the Audit Execution.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.
- Minimum Bachelors degree in a science or related field preferred. 
- Relevant experience in designing and deploying processes and systems across a variety of Business Models is required. 
- Project Management certification. 
- Additional continuous improvement experience (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) desired.
- Supplier Auditing experience. 
- Healthcare industry experience. 
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a changing and fast paced environment. Fluent in English both written and verbal.
