Be part of global HR team supporting Informatics Skills&Scale Program. Skills&Scale is a new enterprise wide upskilling program that will deliver Informatics competencies across Philips Businesses, Functions and Markets. The Skills&Scale team is a cross-functional HR team that will provide E2E solutions for the current talent scarcity and knowledge gaps across all functions in Philips. This learning experience designer role allows you to create learner-centered learning solutions and experiences.

You are responsible for
Manage the E2E design a world class skill-based informatics program, for Senior leaders, practitioner roles and all Philips employees in line with planned budget, resources and timelines. To design learning portfolio that allows opportunities for teams to collaborate, socially learn and create new knowledge through hackathons, peer reviews, paper presentations and industry events while structured learning paths will close the existing competency gaps.

Work cooperatively with delivery specialists and subject matter experts to generate ideas for creating engaging learning delivery design in and out of LXP. To design effective but fun learning experiences that meet the impact they are designed to have Assist Learning & Talent Partner or Service Education Manager with creating the intake for learning in consultation with business stakeholders Manage the order intake in learning. Direct and control the projects in the domain of learning via several department managers within the company. Have overall control of planning, and budgeting. Manage annual learning development programs of & 3 Mio accumulated (HR Learning org. specific).

You are a part of
Cross functional HR team, reporting to the Informatics Program Lead. While the role will be based in the Poland, project is global in nature serving different businesses, functions or capability development needs. 

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Prior work experience from the Informatics Capabilities (SaaS, Digital, Cloud, Data&AI, DevOps) is a preferred, preferably as an learning content or program Designer, & 5 years in learning design, development and/or delivery. 

Experience working with Agile. 

Experience working with LXPRelevant work experience, preferably as an Instructional Designer, & 5 years in learning design and development, supporting and coordinating learning delivery related processes. 

Excellent understanding in instructional strategies developed from competencies and objectives. 

Skilled in adult learning methodologies and a variety of tested learning theories. Project management experience. 

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Team player mindset. 

Degree in ideally in Human Resource Development, Human Resources Development, Organizational Development, Organizational Learning, Adult Education, Educational Science and Technology, Organizational Behavior or related field (such as psychology or teaching)

Knowledge in social media and management.
