Senior Implemenationmanager- Consultant (freelance)
As a (senior) consultant/implementation manager your challenge is to help Philips with the implementation of new Services and Solutions (processes and tools) together with Business, Markets and/or Functions.
You are responsible for
Working together with amongst others Market- and Business Leads, Customer Project Managers, Supply Chain and IT you are responsible for the coordination and adoption of the process and tools that new Services and Solutions will bring. Typical deliverables in this role are amongst others:
1. Implementation Planning
2. Progress reporting
3. Value/ Benefit calculations and case
4. Communication material for markets
5. Review of process material (RAMS, processes) already available
6. Lessons learned documented
7. Proposal for further roll-out

The department Industry Consulting at Philips Innovation Services is a dynamic group of approximately 70 consultants with a growth ambition. We work with leading clients in operationalizing their strategic ambitions in and across key areas of their business: Innovation, Operations and Supply Chain Management taking an integral approach. We work with all Philips businesses worldwide as well as with external companies.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Understanding of Philips businesses is a strong pre when you have experience within Philips and understand its processes, systems, markets and language (e.g. abbreviations)
- Consultancy skills
- In a dynamic environment with high pressure keep the overview
- Influence various expert and management layers (both internal Philips as well with Suppliers/Customers)
- Integrate contributions from several business functions like R&D, Procurement, IT, Operations/Supply Chain, Installation
- Senior Project management skills
- Experience in managing complex projects
- Experience with project planning and tracking
- It is a pre to have led large projects, especially in the area of Innovation, Digital, IT
- Proven change management skills
