As Senior Consumer Marketing Manager Airfryer, you will drive the definition, development and introduction of products that bring ever-more rewarding and enjoyable experiences to consumers by meeting their needs. You will translate in-depth market, consumer and shopper insights, as well as competitive analyses into winning concepts. You will then integrate these new concepts into strategic product roadmaps, and develop and bring the concept from idea to market with communication. As Senior Consumer
Marketing Manager you will:
o Steer the integral product development (IPD) process from start to end, taking initial ideas through to product development and market introduction, including communication.
o Interact with various disciplines including Innovation, Technology & Development departments, internal and external design agencies, manufacturing units or external suppliers, marketing management, marketing communication and international sales organizations.
o Help to extend the lifecycle of existing products by contributing with your marketing views.
o Interact on a regular basis with our marketing teams in key markets and ensure a successful product launch that fits with the local market needs.
You will be part of the Philips Kitchen Appliances team, a dedicated group of Consumer Marketing Managers, reporting to the Consumer Marketing Director Airfryer. You will be working in a network of various stakeholders based in both the Netherlands (e.g. consumer marketing team, central communication team, market intelligence specialists) and overseas (e.g. innovation and development teams) and in markets (e.g., marketing specialists, key account managers).
We are looking for
o Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields with excellent academic track record
o 5-7 years of experience in an international business environment in the field of consumer marketing or product management
o Experience with product development and product launches - end to end is a must.
o Experience with translating market research and shopper insights into product concepts and new propositions.
o Experience with developing digital proposition is a nice to have.
o Proven track record with global consumer/retail brands with a demonstrated ability to work with multiple and diverse markets.
o Highly entrepreneurial and eager with a natural affinity for lifestyle products, and a market and consumer driven approach to product creation
o Strong analytical skills and the passion to drive business growth. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically.
o Excellent project management skills and broad interests that allow you to create multi-disciplinary environments that inspire and motivate others.
o Ability to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments and build and maintain extensive networks
o Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills to interact with executives and top managers
