Senior Business Analyst

Scope of responsibilities of this role:
o   Execute insights and advanced analytics projects in the Idea 2 Market domain
o   Design, drive and implement solutions that provide insights and bring tangible business value in an autonomous manner
o   Engage with senior business stakeholders, to understand their business challenges and translate them into analytics prepositions and solutions
o   Ensure on time delivery and high quality of reports/analysis
o   Guiding and inspiring a high performing team
Key Competencies:
o   Business acumen (industry, sector and process knowledge) and strong communication / articulation skills
o   Understands and supports advanced insights and analytics solutions for 1 or 2 business domain(s), preferably in the I2M domain
o   Manages business champions and interactions with senior business sponsors
o   Creating and managing new business opportunities (Business Development) and actively identifies and influencing of potential stakeholders
o   Expertize in translating business requirements into insights and vice versa
o   Good experience and knowledge about data and development standards as well as source system data structures
o   Proven experience in data modelling
o   Good communication and documentation skills
o   Thorough understanding on how to design and manage delivery of advanced solutions
o   Thorough understanding of analytics techniques/methods and tools, preferable focus on Power BI, QlikView, QlikSense, Cloud solutions (Azure).
o   Proven experience in project management, using agile methods like SCRUM
o   Experience in leading and working with global virtual teams
o   Training the users on the usage of the reports;
o   Year of industry experience: 10 – 15 Years , relevant in the analytics domain: 6-8 years
