R&D Excellence Leader

You are responsible for:
- Further development of the lean strategy and effective promotion of the lean culture throughout the R&D
organization
- Lead problem solving to identify bottlenecks in product development process, root causes and determine countermeasures
- Coordinate with the R&D Project Management Office to implement/improve daily management
- Assist R&D leadership in implementing improvement plans
- Identification and implementation of cross-departmental optimization approaches and lean measures
- Adapt and optimize processes through systematic vulnerability analyzes
- Ensuring the sustainability of the implemented process improvements

- Completed (preferred) technical university studies
- Professional experience in an international industrial or consulting company, especially in the optimization of production processes
- Proven success in the analysis and improvement of R&D processes
- Fluent English skills and strong communication skills
- Process-oriented thinking and acting, as well as assertiveness
