Work closely together with the Philips Quality Management Systems (PQMS) Markets Central team, the Market Quality & Regulatory (Q&R) Leaders, the Function Leaders and Global Quality Compliance Learning team. 


You will be responsible for the following aspects
CULTURE

  • Build new People and Training Culture (training and QMS as a vehicle to change)
  • Ensure Markets Training Transformation continuity
  • Proactively investigate, identify and close training compliance gaps / avoid future gaps
  • Operationally and strategically manage training related CAPAs and Audit/Inspections observations
  • Conduct/assist L1 Audits
    BUSINESS ACQUISITIONS & TRANSFORMATIONS
  • Ensure proper and efficient training administration model design and setup for the new or legacy acquisitions, transformations and integrations
     

You will be working from our Eindhoven office, but working from home up to 2 days a week is possible as well.
 

You are responsible for

  • Building new People and Training Culture ensuring training and QMS are seen and used as a vehicle to change, enabling our people to continuously upskill and grow leveraging on our QMS, on our Philips expectations and our values 
  • Ensuring Markets Training Transformation continuity by making sure that training is seen as a performance tool supporting the Markets in achieving their objectives and goals and in accelerating our Quality journey: 
  • keeping our customers in mind in all we do, 
  • understanding the impact of our decisions and actions on our customers, 
  • understanding, seeing and using Quality as a driver to performance
  • moving from compliance to mature Quality 
  • building a strong and innovative training culture mindset
  • Proactively investigating, identifying and closing training compliance gaps / avoiding future gaps aiming at being right first time
  • Operationally and strategically manage training related CAPAs and Audit/Inspections observations using data to make sound decisions to continuously improve
  • Conducting/assisting L1 Audits to proactively assess our processes, evaluating efficiency of existing practices and acting accordingly
  • Ensuring proper and efficient training administration model design and setup for the new or legacy acquisitions, transformations and integrations
  • Driving compliance and/or LEAN improvements in the area of QMS training compliance 
  • Interacting and influencing at senior leadership level to ensure we can meet our Quality, Customer Focus, QMS and Training Objectives 
  • Preparing and participating in audits and Management Reviews. Supporting the Businesses during FDA, EU MDR, MDSAP and/or ISO audits
  • Representing and being the voice of Markets in all Enterprise-wide training projects and initiatives.
     

You are a part of
The PQMS Markets Central Team that plans, controls and manages relevant QMS activities for all Markets and Philips Services worldwide within Philips. This includes Personal Health, Precision Diagnosis, Image Guided Therapy and Connected Care. The core business of the Markets is the Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Installation and Servicing of Philips medical and non-medical devices and solutions designed & manufactured by the Business Units.
 

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor level with at least 3 years of experience in a highly regulated industry (medical devices, pharma, automotive, food, defense, aerospace), working:
  • In Marketing/Sales/Commercial 
  • AND With ISO quality standards or GxP requirements
  • Experienced with leading company/department cultural change
  • Quality driven, strong customer service focus, with the ability to influence others, at all levels in and outside of your area of expertise, to achieve goal
  • Experienced working in worldwide scope - and flexible
  • Experienced with Training administration processes, practices and tools in the Quality field and aptitude for other software tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft SharePoint)
  • Professional written and oral communication skills across all levels of the organisation
  • Experienced with leading and managing medium to large scales projects end-to-end, preferably in the field of Marketing/Sales/Commercial and/or Training and/or Quality and/or cultural change
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a large matrix organization with minimum supervision
  • Accurate, superior planning, problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficient in English
