Project Manager Security Awareness program
We're looking for a medior experienced Project Manager responsible for setting up, planning and executing an effective and solid project structure for the GS Awareness program from initiation to execution. You will report to the Group Security (GS) sr. Security Awareness Manager and team up with the Awareness & Training manager and the Communication specialist at the GS OpEx department.
You'll be part of a key program to create awareness and change behavior @Philips which requires a solid program set up.
In this role you have the opportunity to/be responsible for:
Apply a standard PM approach in the GS projects, to ensure Awareness plan realization
Formulate the Awareness project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by management; specifies the manning of the project, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment and quality standards to be used.
Control the project budget and project progress, evaluates all project initiatives as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting.
Lead the Awareness project, within the project budget and program strategy, in terms of quality, money, time, information and organization, monitoring progress and managing external resources.
Direct other team members and gives them operational guidance, both technically and organizationally.
Report on team and project performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees for the purpose of appraisal and makes proposals for training.
Good communication skills (English), experience with change management
