Project Coordinator
For application migration project, we are looking for a project coordinator, to plan and coordinate applications migrations from the existing active directory to the newly setup active directory .
Location Eindhoven HTC
Duration: start asap till end of September 2017. Extension is not likely, but you never know.
Job grade; 50 or 60, depends on experience of candidate
Required Skills & qualifications:
- Keeps track that milestones are met and deliverables are completed according to planning, reports deviations
o Chair preparation meetings with application contacts and follow up.
- Expedites delivery of information/documentation/reporting and progress of key milestones and deliverables
- Ensures that project streams are aligned and signals in case of deviations, constrains or contradictions to the project manager
- Keeps track that risks & issues are documented and that progress on mitigation and resolving activities are executed accordingly and are reported as such
- Executes analysis and reports on planning, milestones, deliverables, documentation and performance and reports to the project manager accordingly
- Communicates periodically on progress and status to be defined project team-members, stake & shareholders
- Ensures that formalized guidelines, processes and procedures are followed and met
- Generic IT knowledge (preferred)
- Experience with project management or application migration projects (preferred)
- Able to work in an international organization (many contacts are in different time zones/regions)
- Participate in planning; content, scoping and timing of needed changes in infra / apps.
- Advise service operations on changes that may require changes in applications
- Flexible & Can do mentality
- Excellent English language skills (written & verbal).
- Dutch language skills nice to have.
The range for the rate is â¬50 - â¬75.
Please note a tenure-reduction will be applicable when this assignment will be extended
- 5% discount on initial rate after first extension
- 7.5% discount on initial rate after second extension
- 10% discount on initial rate after third extension
Minimum extension period is 3 months and length of every extension to be mutually agreed upon by Lighting and supplier.
