Project Analyst Customer Segmentation & G2M

Market to Order Excellence is a portfolio of End-to-End transformation programs, part of Accelerate!, driving sustainable improvement of commercial capabilities in the markets across Philips. For our program ‘Customer Segmentation and G2M’ for Health Systems we are looking for a Senior Project Analyst to support Implementation Team on ensuring market readiness of the different markets in current roadmap, in order to create the necessary conditions for efficient implementation and sustainable change or reprioritize if needed.


Your responsibilities
•  Manage and coordinate the communication plan for the markets in scope, in a close collaboration with Program manager and Implementation Team
•  Closely collaborate with program Workstream Leads & Implementation Managers towards completion of deliverables
•  Create effective communication platform to share good practices and lessons learned
•  Ensure consistent communication and messaging together with Program Manager and PMO, internal and toward markets
•  Support Program Team on the internal communications to the organization

You are part of
The Markets organization in Philips Group consists of the 17 global markets and a small core team supporting the markets in different areas like commercial capability building, talent and competency development, structuring our BtG approach, etc. The Corporate Center is located in the Netherlands and is virtually connected to the Commercial Organization in the 17 markets. Specific activities in the markets are Sales and downstream Marketing. In your role you will formally report to the Business Process Owner (BPO) M2O and functionally to the Customer Segmentation and G2M Program Manager.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
•  Strong background in Communication in complex matrix organizations
•   “Servant Leader” mentality, who is able to put their internal customer, the market, at the center of their decision making, and represent their interests in the overall program
•  Experience in business change management and/or transformation programs
•  Problem solving skills
•  Team player who can collaborate with both market and program teams
•  Structured, organized and stress resilient personality able quickly to understand the issues and bring together necessary resources to resolve them
•  Project management skills
•  Ability to build a strong rapport with key stakeholders
•  Fluent in English
