This position fills a critical need in support of Philips DDP 2.0 program (a key legal commitment and deliverable). This position is required to manage the day to day program management activities and to ensure proper coordination between all stakeholders, workstream leads, program management as well as ensuring key dates and milestones are always considered.

Philips is moving from our current Due Diligence Program (DDP 1.0) to a new Due Diligence Program (DDP 2.0) which will leverage the latest technology, automation, and risk assessment techniques to ensure Philips can effectively understand and successfully mitigate risks associated with doing business with all of its external third parties.
The program is in need of a program manager to help ensure:
All domains, workstream leads, key stakeholders, and program oversight of the entire program will stay in synch with the agreed deliverables and timelines,
Ensure all key stakeholders are informed, involved, and deliverables from the team and to the team are on time and to expectations
The overall program timelines are updated as needed based upon latest program developments
Arrange, coordinate, and drive all key meetings from the overall governance body (DDP 2.0 Steerco) to the lowest level of working groups
Ensure all key communications are delivered on-time and to the right audience so that the entire organization is aware of the DDP 2.0 program, how it will impact them, and what their roles and responsibilities will be under this new program.
The successful candidate will need to bring highly refined program management techniques and resources to ensure our entire team is laser focused on executing to the roadmap and delivering the final solution on-time and to expectations.
This position will report into the overall DDP 2.0 program lead and some of the high level activities of the job are:
Partnering with the program lead to ensure alignment and support of the overall program project plan including key milestones
Understanding and ensuring all key requirements are met with all proposed solutions
Organizing daily activities based on the goals and milestones of the DDP 2.0 program
Organizing and facilitating the prioritization of the various stakeholders and program teams work.
Monitoring projects and partnering with workstream leads and other key stakeholders to ensure DDP 2.0 program goals are met
Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
Identifying the risks of the project (i.e. specs, costs, planning, etc.) and developing scenarios to overcome these risks and driving the projects to closure.
Ensuring that there is an effective transfer and archiving of the project results and the associated knowledge
Other duties as assigned


The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of technical program management experience in a large company(ies) successfully leading complex programs. 

The ideal candidate must be able to understand a large, complex set of requirements across a broad spectrum of domains and translate them into a logical program plan, have demonstrated the ability manage complex stakeholders set, and work effectively across geographies and functions. 

 

Key skillsets are:
Organization skills This position must have excellent organization skills to manage multiple facets of this large-scale project and track progress for several workstreams and goals at once
Communication skills This program goes across geographies, functions, as well levels of the company and this position will need to use written communication skills to deliver regular program reports, and verbal communication to effectively talk to team members and monitor program progress
Time management The DDP 2.0 program is a critical deliverable to the most senior levels of Philips and as a result this position is critical to ensure the overall program delivers to strict deadlines making time management is an essential component of this job
Problem-solving skills technical program managers use problem-solving skills to isolate and solve problems with programs to keep progress on track
Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)Job Experience; 5 to 7 years relevant experience
