Product owner CRM (Freelance)
As a Product Owner within our team, you will become innately familiar with the evolving business opportunities of the DA Digital Consumer Experience Team and how we can use technology to create solutions. You will partner with the CRM Marketing Manager and the CRM Platform Manager to understand the product roadmap, prioritized feature definition and will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of our new CRM MarTech solution. You will be a core member of our Agile team and work closely with development and UX/CX to bring our solution to market that create value for our business and our customers. You will be responsible for gathering feature requirements, writing user stories and testable acceptance criteria, guiding the team throughout the development cycle, implementation, and launch.
Ultimately, you will be able to see the big picture but also have the curiosity to dig into the nitty-gritty details of how features need to work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evangelize the vision for the future of CRM and consumer engagement within DA
- Drives innovation and best practices within CRM and across omnichannel marketing
- Successfully implement and launch new Marketing Automations (CRM system) globally
- Contribute new ideas to our roadmap that support the needs of the customer or create value towards our objectives
- Understand strategic business objectives and work with stakeholders to consolidate technical feature requirements
- Work collaboratively with our design & development teams to bring solutions to market
- Work with the Scrum Master on leveraging agile best practices, such as but not limited to sprint planning, stand ups and retros
- Motivate the team through clear goal setting and priority definition
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of hands-on product ownership experience in a scaled agile environment
- A successful track record of implementing and running Marketing Automation (CRM) systems, experience with SAP Emarsys as a plus
- Experience executing full go-to-market executions, from set up to implementation to adoption
- Expert in developing omni channel consumer journeys via test and learn initiatives and strong in advising on complex, technical topics with senior leadership
- Data driven mindset and deep understanding of CRM KPIs and the leading drivers for retention, engagement and loyalty
- Experience defining and executing MarTech product launches (such as microsites, CRM, email marketing, SMS marketing, etc.)
- Highly detail oriented, while keeping an eye on the bigger vision and our broader business objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing complex stakeholder network
- Hungry to learn about the range of business opportunities and technical solutions
- Comfortable working in high-pace environments with complex business processes
- Results-oriented with focus on executional excellence
- Team player, comfortable wearing many hats and operating with ambiguity
