Designing, creating and developing the Conversational E-Commerce experience as part of the end to end customer journey
Serves as the stakeholder proxy creating the stories and managing the backlog for the multidisciplinary team located across different counties.
Sets the priorities for the team based on business and customer value and effort and provides input to the tribe leader and product manager for creating the product roadmap.
Facilitates inter-team dependencies in the respective sprints
Participates in team demo and retrospectives. Works with other team members to provide product demos for product managers and be an inspiration for the business.
Inspect and Adapt - Works with teams to define & implement continuous improvement stories

Just In Time (JIT) Story Elaboration:
Defines and explains refined user stories for the squad prior to planning.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor, Master or comparable practical experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
Superior communication, inspiration, motivational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in Business English
Has knowledge and experience in the world of Conversational AI Voice, Chatbots and Search and understands the business opportunities for the Philips Health Continuum.
Bringing in knowledge and experience with conversational AI frameworks, technologies (voice assistant devices), NLP, Machine learning and working along with IT (and architecture) for setting the foundations.
Designing and building successful chatbots and voice solutions with simple webhooks & conversational designs.
Setting up integrations with the data lake, SEO, social media and Philips call centers.
Has substantial facilitation skills and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience in prioritizing with a customer product in mind, able to explain decisions made and has a strong and convincing personality with a clear and commercial product vision
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and nontechnical ways at various levels within the company
Able to flourish in a high organizational complex environment with multiple stakeholders to liaise with

Experience in managing teams in an agile (digital marketing) environment
Identify and manage continuous improvements and innovation of the platform
