Mandatory :

  • Master or Bachelor degree in Business or Technical field, with at least 5 years of experience in a comparable position (e.g. quality engineer, verification engineer, defects manager, test engineer, change manager, product change leader, complaint handler, CAPA manager);
  • Demonstrated experience in defect management or change management in a controlled and structured way
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding, capturing and specifying technical and non-technical requirements, preferably in Azure DevOps / TFS 
  • Experience in interviewing technical experts, internal and external users at various levels of formality;
  • Experience in facilitating information-gathering and review sessions (live workshops, 1-1 discussions, and remote sessions);
  • Experience in writing end-user documentation like instructions, playbooks or guides is considered a pre; 
  • Excellent English-language technical/professional writing capabilities are a must;
  • Experience in verification and validation processes are considered a pre;
  • Experience working according to development processes whilst being under strict deadlines;
  • Experience with Lean methodology, Scrum/Agile or other ways of working is considered a pre;
  • You have a passion for healthcare and more specifically on the services domain within healthcare.
     

Job Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for defect management for our released offerings you ensure that these offerings remain relevant, valuable and compliant over their life cycle. Your main focus is on the quality of our offerings, you fix quality gaps or focus on enhancing them to continuously improve customer experience; 
  • You lead change control board meetings and categorize/classify incoming requests for solution as defects or enhancements;
  • You capture incoming requests in an accurate and structured way in our registration environment (Azure DevOps / TFS ));
  • You conduct interviews and facilitate sessions with different key stakeholders to understand and prioritize requests and document accordingly
  • You lead design changes for (minor) changes yourself by implementing the change and verifying the solution against acceptance criteria; 
  • You document the change processes in a structured way;
  • You work together with project/program management and support the creation of the change requests document for major changes; ; 
  • You maintain and keep good focus on version control changes through multiple iterations;
  • You question and you challenge others to question traditional ways of working, overcome barriers to change and to adapt quickly to new, changing ways of working
  • You maintain a climate of trust, openness, integrity, honesty and objectivity and role models a can-do mentality. "
