PFM and PLW implementation manager
In this role, you have the opportunity to
• Contribute to improve the innovation management capability in Philips
You are responsible for
• Update budget procedure and create Business Case procedure for PLW (word doc)
• Update training materials (ppt)
• Train the businesses (main focus is HS BG’s, incl NBX and solutions) [dedicated training and hand holding]
• Support businesses in all what is holding them back for a timely submission (main focus is HS BG’s, incl NBX and solutions)
• Make sure March/June FC is 100% aligned with EFR/BPC (all baselines in time avaible)
• Align RnD Fore Cast timelines across Philips to allow 100% alignment BPC and PLW
• Do quality deep dives on budgets and business cases (availability and quality)
• Prepare for detailed instructions and training for SPOR RnD in PLW

• Proven skills and experience with Planisware, Clarity, SAP and ppt and xls
• Proven skills and experience with innovation portfolio management
• Proven skills and experience in working in a global and complex organization
