"Consumer Replaceable Parts (CRP) are playing a major role for consumer satisfaction and within our sustainability strategy. Non availability of CRP's means that a consumer cannot use a product anymore just because a part cannot be supplied. Consequence might be that the consumer throws away the product and buys a new one from another brand. 
CRP's need to be activated online in order to be able to sell them online. This task is currently performed by PH. After go-live of Royal Philips Marketplace this task needs to be performed by DA. Currently we are having a backlog of app. 800 SKU's to be activated. Activating them will only be possible with temporary additional capacity. 800 SKU will deliver an additional margin of min. 36k per year. Therefore the investment to hire a contingent worker for 4 month will pay off in 2022 (Business case is attached). The final setup of the online activation needs to be decided within Exuviate."

Ensure that newly released or changed service parts are correctly loaded and/or activated in various systems to ensure that we can support products that consumers will buy/have bought.

Your profile
