QMS Specialist
As a QMS Specialist, you will be part of the dedicated Quality team within the multi-modality factory in Best. You will play a key role in maintaining and transforming the Quality Management System (QMS), managing audits, and driving continuous compliance and improvement across the organization.
The Role:
You will contribute to the transformation towards a world-class Operations organization by ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance. Your focus will be on maintaining and evolving the local QMS in alignment with the Philips-wide PQMS structure.
Key Responsibilities:
QMS Transformation: Drive the transformation of local QMS elements towards a single PQMS structure.
Process Governance: Manage local Q&R processes and ensure effective process ownership across all QMS activities.
Compliance Assurance: Ensure Q&R requirements are effectively embedded in all relevant processes.
Document Control & Training: Maintain document control systems and enforce training profiles and compliance.
Audit Management: Develop and maintain audit schedules that meet internal policies and external regulations.
Training Support: Support training administration and contribute to content creation for local QMS documentation.
KPI Monitoring: Contribute to availability and analysis of metrics to measure training effectiveness and QMS deployment.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a regulated industry.
Project Involvement: Proven experience contributing to project implementations with scheduled deliverables.
Process Knowledge: Familiar with process management methodologies and best practices.
QMS Expertise: Hands-on experience with Quality & Regulatory Management and QMS maintenance.

Additional Information:
Hybrid Work: On average, at least 3–4 days per week onsite in Best.
