In this role you have the opportunity to

Grow your trade shopper marketing skills and own product categories in the Benelux, which are vital businesses for Philips Benelux Personal Health. You learn how to manage many stakeholders inside and outside Philips. But most of all you will learn how to put the Shopper first.

You are responsible for

•   Sales, (sell out) margin and market share goals of Male Grooming across all our sales channels; online, chains, F&D and our Philips Store.
•   Promotional effectiveness.
•   Brand preference, traffic, conversion and basket size.
•   Translating our key marketing goals into a shopper activation plan.
•   Managing, tracking, and evaluating the marketing budget to optimize our trade spend.
•   Developing and executing integrated management framework of attracting, training, motivating, and retaining promoters and merchandisers.
•   Developing a training strategy together with the training team.


You are part of

The passionate and driven Trade Shopper Marketing team. A team of professionals, responsible for sell out, traffic, conversion and basket size at our key retailers. A team that puts the shopper first in everything they do. The Trade Shopper Marketing team is part of the broader Benelux Personal Health sales organization.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
•   A data driven profile with online marketing experience and a strong focus on analytics.
•   1-3 years of business experience in (digital/trade/) marketing.
•   Master level in Business/ Strategic Marketing direction.
•   A strong communicator preferably with experience in negotiating.
•   A ‘getting things done’ mentality
•   A team player that can both execute and take a helicopter view on the business.
•   Stress resistance, able to work with deadlines and challenging targets.
•   Native Dutch with a strong preference for knowledge of the French language.
