Job description:Mobile Project Manager
The Mobile project and operations manager will be supporting the Mobile Capability team. This team enables the business and markets in leveraging mobile technology in their marketing activities (app strategy (lifecycle management), app marketing, app performance, app tooling, and other emerging mobile technologies AR, Chatbots, etc). The project manager will be arranging the internal communication of the team, engaging with app product teams on roadmaps, status, GDPR, etc, and work together with the DAP manager, following up on the Digital Activation Policy. Also the project manager will be the primary contact for our App publishing team in Bangalore.
Activities:
• Managing internal communications (intranet page, newsletters, bi-monthly calls) on operational changes, developments, best practices and trends
• Supporting DAP manager with internal process of submitting an app through Digital Activation Policy to ensure the high quality by Brand, Legal, Privacy, Security & IP&S checks. DAP is a mandatory process all Apps need to go through.
• Continuously improving Digital Activation Policy process
• Managing app analytics and monitoring performance of all PH & HS apps (over 50 apps in total)
• Maintaining a sanity check list for underperforming apps & reaching out to app owners where needed
• Deploying and organize trainings for mobile tools (e.g. Apptentive & AppAnnie)
• Ensuring the GDPR compliance for all Philips apps
• Primary contact for app support and publishing team in India
• Supporting the team on any other ad-hoc activities
What are we looking for:
- Someone who can manage multiple projects at a time
- Good at stakeholder management
- Mobile/app knowledge is preferable
- Pro active, always looking for improvements and opportunities
- Interest in process management
- Speaks and writes in English
- Strong communication skills (can lead global conference calls)
- Is able to work independently
- Hands-on worker, a practical do-er
- Minimal 3 years experience in digital marketing
