MI&A Manager - Knowledge Management

Proactively participate in the Insights & Analytics transformation levering expertise on Marketing & E-Commerce level or on the HS/PH Cluster level by objectively seeking when and how to impact how we deliver growth and significantly increase the impact of our value propositions to our customers/consumers. 

Enable the organization-wide growth of the MI&A Knowledge Management platform Eureka. Work closely with the business and market leaders and the MT to provide thoughtful and relevant services/solutions based on a deep understanding of the customer, patient, payer, user, market and the business. 

Be key contact for our agency partner MarketLogic: participate in alignment meetings and drive continuous improvement strategy including implementation of new features, for example the Eureka app. Day-to-day management of Knowledge Management platform including demos for new users, trouble-shooting, answer to user requests and newsletter reviews. 

Monitor platform Key performance indicators:

• Platform Adoption - global registered users - new subscriptions per month 
• Platform Engagement - active users per month logging in 
• % of users access Knowledge Zones per month 
• # of reports uploaded per month 
• User Satisfaction (qual and quant incl. Platform NPS) 
• Curator engagement
