MEMS Technical Project Leader (Freelance)
Our MEMS Process Development and Integration team develops MEMS and thin-film processes for (internal and external) customer products, bringing them from early stage concepts towards volume manufacturing. The application and product areas we cover are broad, with a focus on medical applications. The team consists of highly motivated and skilled Development Engineers, Project Leaders and Architects. The team is part of the division MEMS & Micro Devices of Philips Innovation Services.
We are a highly motivated and skilled team of Development Engineers, Technical Project Leaders and Process Architects, who have decades of experience in supporting customers both inside and outside Philips, ranging from major companies and institutes, to highly innovative start-ups. The Process Development & Integration group focusses on the realization of integral (flowchart) solutions in the application fields of MEMS, sensors, actuators and other devices. A key focus area is MEMS devices for medical applications.
As Technical Project Leader you are responsible for initiating and leading projects for the MEMS foundry. You will lead teams varying from 2-10 people and to manage budgets of 100-5000K euro. These projects can be internal (competence development, platform development, continuous improvements), but are primarily for external customers, with the aim to bring their product to manufacturing readiness. You are the central point of contact for customers and have strong focus delivering the input on project timings and financials.
