Leads a complex and innovative project in Marketing with severe changes. Manages own project team, including setting strategic direction. Duration usually 1 year. May act at a limited number of different international sites. Formulates the project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by management; specifies the manning of the project, resources required, anticipated costs and assesses risk. Controls the project budget and project progress, evaluates project initiatives as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, and takes corrective actions when necessary. Leads the project within the project budget and program strategy in terms of quality, money, and time. Directs employees and gives them operational guidance, both technically and organizationally.


CRITICAL EXPERIENCES

The Senior Project Manager is end-to-end responsible for simultaneously managing and planning complex, omni-channel content creation projects for global propositions on the Consumer Marketing roadmap.


You will join the Consumer Strategy, Creation and Production Team, which consists of specialists in different marketing creation, production and project management functions, covering end-to-end 360 content creation and production.


Reporting to the Production & Deployment Director, you will manage project execution with a 360 approach to ensure effective management of scope, timings, budget, resources and to action upon risks and issues in a controlled way, with an audience focus. You are responsible for guiding the project team through the full creation and production process, and you bring speed and agility in the project by effective communication and implementing optimal ways of working.


Demonstrated experience in effective marketing project management: planning, coordinating, executing and evaluating projects


Knowledge and working experience in matrix organizations, complex and dynamic environments with shifting priorities, demands and timelines


Deep understanding of project management methods (e.g. PMBOK) and of estimation techniques (resources, time and risks) within the marketing domain


Experience in managing stakeholders; understanding their needs and concerns and communicating in a clear and concise manner (verbal and written)


KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYCOMPETENCIES

Serve as linking pin to connect the Engagement & Creation team, Packaging team and Production & Deployment team to successfully manage projects end-to-end


Liaison with relevant project stakeholders and to align on project scope, required deliverables and execution strategy


Responsible for formulating the project plan in consultation with core project team and key stakeholders, to set up for success and deliver on time and quality


Responsible to organize project resources both internally and externally


Asses potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project within budget and on time, while maximizing value creation of the creative output and effectively manage risks and issues as they occur


Report out to business management and Program Manager with regular performance status on project level, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions


Manage full project budget and provide detailed forecast on upcoming 2QsDrive project progress using applicable project management methodology (gated and agile ways of working)Identify interlinkage of launch projects within Audience group to manage potential dependencies as well as efficiencies


Responsible to raise the bar on quality, effectiveness, efficiency and speed to market on project level


Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related


8 years of relevant working experience


PMP certified (preferred)Deep understanding of the 360 creative process and content production across touchpoints


Agile mindset and able to prioritize and run multiple productions at the same time


Experience with agile methodologies


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


Strong presentation skills


High drive and energy level


Fluent in English, verbal and written
