Marketing Performance Reporting Analyst
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Help Royal Philips to become more data driven, and to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing spend, by making our marketing decisions more fact based by populating the Marketing Performance Dashboard.
You are responsible for
To achieve this we use several Marketing ROI methodologies, focused on both digital marketing and traditional marketing.
We collaborate with a broad global community of stakeholders including local market organizations, business groups, central functions and external agencies. Your challenge will be to populate the Marketing Performance dashboard.
• Manage marketing performance dashboards across markets and business groups globally
o Collect the data for the Marketing Performance Dashboard, partially from tools and partially by reaching out to markets and Business Groups.
o Populate market dashboards with media, .com, bespoke marketing performance results and market research data
o Work with local and global teams to generate insights and actions taken from dashboard output.
o Coach central and local teams on dashboard use.
o Work with global data and marketing intelligence teams to help with automating the dashboard in QlikSense
Create design of the dashboard on paper
Help to build the dashboard visualizations in Qliksense
Help to get information on how to get access and API connections to the data sources needed for automation
o Build powerpoint version of the dashboards
o Creating updates for the Marketing Performance Steerco on Executive Committee level to inform them about progress and align on key decisions.
o Being the main Marketing Performance dashboard point of contact for Philips markets and business groups.
You are a part of

You will work in a dynamic, international and energetic team that is dedicated to transforming Philips globally into a world-class digital organization, in close collaboration with our businesses and markets. Within the Group Digital team you will work in the Digital Analytics and Marketing Performance team which enables data driven marketing. You will work in a team together with two other Marketing Performance Reporting analysts, and with two senior Marketing Performance managers. As the position is global, you will collaborate with a wide network of stakeholders including local market organizations, business groups, central functions and external agencies. You will report to the Global Head of Digital Analytics, and Marketing Performance, on Director level. You will be based in Eindhoven.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• A Master’s degree in: Econometrics, Marketing, Business, Management Sciences, Economics, Business Analytics or related field of study
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing performance / marketing effectiveness / marketing dashboarding is preferred
• Experience and excellent understanding of marketing, preferably both digital and traditional marketing. Good business acumen and good understanding of marketing KPIs
• Preferably experience with dashboard design, creation and automation, preferably in QlikSense, or otherwise tools like Tableau, Geckoboard, GoodData
• Preferably experience in B2C and B2B
• Experience in marketing analytics, such as marketing mix modeling, media mix optimization, campaign analysis and digital analytics is preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong numerical analytical skills: eye for detail (excel), combined with a conceptual/strategic mind set
• Hands on with data extraction analysis using excel
• Good organizational skills: manage several dashboards and stakeholders simultaneously and discern priorities
• Excellent communication skills: able to create clear presentations (PPT), influencing, aligning, informing, challenging senior stakeholders and manage pushback
• Political sensitivity
• Collaborative team player
• Eager to deliver quality under pressure
• Business fluency in English (written & verbal)
