Your challenge
As Junior Consumer Marketing Manager Portioned Coffee in the Business Unit Coffee you will drive growth of the portioned appliances category by bringing new meaningful innovations to the market. Your responsibilities
As a Jr. Consumer Marketing Manager Portioned Coffee you will focus on:
o   Drive the definition, development and introduction of new product concepts
o   Support and influence the Philips integral product development (IPD) process together with senior members of the team, taking new ideas from project brief through to post launch review
o   Interact with various disciplines including Innovation, Research & Development, coffee roaster partners, internal and external design agencies, manufacturing units or 3rd party suppliers, marketing management, marketing communication and international sales organizations
o   Analyze the market, competition, technology and developments, in order to find new business opportunities with new product-market combinations within the business strategy.

Your team
You will join the Business Unit Coffee part of the Business Group Domestic Appliances and become part of a dedicated team working on new growth opportunities in the portfolio. You will be based in Amsterdam and report into to the Sr. Consumer Marketing Director and be working in a network of various stakeholders based in the Netherlands and in key markets (e.g., marketing specialists, key account managers).

We are looking for
o   Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields or MBA
o   1-2 years of experience in a (preferably) international business environment in the field of consumer marketing
o   Previous experience or affiliation with Upstream marketing would be a plus
o   Highly entrepreneurial; both analytical and hands-on to driving business growth (result oriented)
o   Good communication skills: ability to work with people of different seniority and backgrounds, informing, influencing, convincing, presenting
o   Project management approach; able to prioritize
o   Business fluency in English (written & verbal) and any other language is an advantage
