Minimum 10 years relevant legal experience (can be less if very relevant experience in healthcare field)
Interim lawyer will be supporting local international sales organizations active in the Health Care domain (focus on catheters and wires and associated hardware business).
The business(es) you will be supporting has its main offices in Zaventem (Belgium), Best and Leusden (Netherlands). You will be supporting the business globally (except USA). The business requires legal support on local and cross-border commercial transactions (such as supply, distribution and service agreements), clinical and other agreements with healthcare professionals or HCPs, public procurement procedures, marketing claims, etc.
A solid background in contract Law is required (either as inhouse lawyer or as lawyer in internationally working law firm).
Experience on legal compliance matters such as ABAC (anti-bribery and anti-corruption) and healthcare compliance is strongly desired. Also experience with the healthcare and the devices industry in particular is desired.
Fluency in Dutch and in English is required as well as flexibility and an international mindset.
You will be working closely with other Philips lawyers.
Minimum 2.5 days per week with the option to work more.
Remote work is possible assuming flexibility to adapt to business needs.
Regularly working from Best (1-2 days per week on average) but option to work (partly) remotely; regularly visit offices of business in Zaventem and Best

Interview with candidates in 2nd week of april.
Startdate: 1st May latest but desireable to start earlier in view of transition of work.
