Software Engineer II,Job Responsibilities: Participates in full software development processes, demonstrating some degree of autonomy and collaborating effectively with other team members to ensure project success. Ensures regular development according to departmental requirements, delivering high-quality working software that meets customer expectations with excellence. Engages in features-driven development within an agile approach, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions, fostering team collaboration and alignment. Contributes to continuous improvement of the team, software, and processes, actively designing, coding, documenting, testing (automated), maintaining, and deploying software efficiently, driving innovation and efficiency. Writes clean, sustainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior engineers, following coding standards and best practices, contributing to high-quality software. Troubleshoots and debugs moderately complex software issues, using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems efficiently, maintaining smooth and effective software operation. Minimum required Education: High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
