Software Engineer II,Job Responsibilities: Participates in full software development processes, demonstrating some degree of autonomy and collaborating effectively with other team members to ensure project success. Ensures regular development according to departmental requirements, delivering high-quality working software that meets customer expectations with excellence. Engages in features-driven development within an agile approach, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions, fostering team collaboration and alignment. Contributes to continuous improvement of the team, software, and processes, actively designing, coding, documenting, testing (automated), maintaining, and deploying software efficiently, driving innovation and efficiency. Supports DevOps in deploying software, setting, monitoring, and ensuring own performance metrics are met, facilitating smooth and efficient deployment processes. Writes clean, sustainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior engineers, following coding standards and best practices, contributing to high-quality software. Develops and executes unit tests to ensure the functionality and reliability of the code, identifying and fixing bugs during the development process, ensuring robust software performance. Troubleshoots and debugs moderately complex software issues, using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems efficiently, maintaining smooth and effective software operation. Improves technical skills by staying updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices through research and training, ensuring ongoing professional development and innovation. Utilizes version control systems to manage code changes, track progress, and collaborate effectively with other team members, ensuring efficient and coordinated development processes. Minimum required Education: High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent. Minimum required Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in Software Development, Software Design and Architecture, Testing and Quality Assurance or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
