Overseeing the total funnel of Market rollouts and operational activities for the SW Marketplace
Understand Marketplace business dynamics, drives overall Marketplace performance
Combines a Marketing or Commercial Operations background with strong project management skills
Has strong background in deploying new capabilities in a Market, ideally has experience with SIM
Has solid understanding of the setup of (digital) channels, such as its key order, invoice and payment processes
Has solid understanding of buyer and seller onboarding processes, including its setup in backoffice systems
Is able to manage senior stakeholders in Markets, Businesses as well as in the BPO/BPE community
Is able to drive continuous improvement on processes in cooperation with the Health site Market place BPO and other BPO/BPE
