Head of Digital Supply Chain

In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be the lead and inspiration in our transformation journey for the products Supply Chain, where you will create a digital end to end data transparent Supply chain. Be the first to introduce these new concepts and new technologies, and build and encourage the right capabilities in your team.

You are responsible for
 Build and create the e-commerce and digital Supply Chain strategy, coordinating improvements and process optimization, having a meaningful impact on our online business
 Contributes to the deployment of tactical, financial and operational plans by driving continuous improvement through Supply Chain analysis and process improvements based on digital innovation.
 Develop and improve the SC resources, systems & processes to support our Consumers & Customers ecommerce requirements and ambitions.
 Drive efficiency and nurture operational excellence in the operations for the ecommerce channels, like Direct Online and centrally led accounts, finding opportunities and stimulate the use of the right systems, capabilities & resources
 Finding creative solutions for upcoming problems, setting up and managing different projects
 Build and mentor the online Supply Chain team, encouraging them to improve

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
 Preferably an MBA or Masters degree in a relevant area
 15+ years of meaningful practice in supply chain and operations management.
 Strong experience in collaborating and leading multifunctional teams in complex business environments and dealing with customers.
 Interpersonal skills, communicative at all levels in the organization, and ability to interact at the highest level of the organization.
 Meaningful experience and a consistent track record proving an analytical and strategic mindset
 Fostering teamwork and you are able to build collaborative relationships through your interpersonal skills (focus on customer orientation)
 Passion for and knowledge of new technologies like Machine Based Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence
 Lean and Continuous Improvement mindset
 Embrace change and able to engage, influence and mentor the organization
