Summary of the Assignment:
The Global Change and Transition Manager will lead the E2E communication, education, training involved with the Philips Identity and Access Management (IAM) application on boarding effort.

We are looking for an senior process, change and implementation consultant with deep level of understanding how organizations deal with complexity and dynamics. You will play an essential role in fulfilling a key Philips security strategy objective in onboarding applications owned by disparate Philips businesses around the globe onto a single Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. This centralized platform is comprised of
•  Sailpoint (Identity and Access Governance {IAG})
•  BeyondTrust (Privileged Access Management {PAM})
•  Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using PingIdentity SSO (Single Sign On),

and the Manager will collaborate and work with a team of IAM professionals in these domains.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•  Develop and execute a transition management strategy for IAM acceptance
•  Lead the IAM Workstream on the different components of Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities (change management, organizational alignment, communications, and training)
•  Partner with the business to drive change and maximize IAM adoption
•  Work with Philips’ Security Visibility and Communications teams to encourage company-wide adoption of the IAM solution by developing communications/newsletters/stakeholder updates
•  Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change across Philips, using assessments of organizational culture, performance and readiness for change
•  Apply best practices, tools and frameworks to support improved client future-state organizational design and alignment
•  Use best-in-class methods and tools to develop the overall transformation strategy and detailed plan(s) for the full lifecycle of the IAM initiative
•  Develop and deploy user adoption programs for the IAM solution triad
•  Drive work efforts and leverage data-driven solutions to deliver change outcomes
•  Employ transformative technologies and measure the impacts on the business user communities
•  Understand technology fundamentals, including architectures, data modeling, and application development lifecycle
•  Provide coaching and guidance to team members as necessary

Required:
•  Change & transition management
•  Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience in Process and Change Management, and consulting
•  Minimum two (2) years of experience leading digital enablement teams for clients that have migrated from on premise/legacy technologies to cloud technologies
•  Full proficiency in English
•  Certified Change Manager
•  Experience with E2E Processes design and implementation
•  Communication & Text writing
•  Developing and facilitating training program/workshop interventions
•  Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
•  Work onsite at the Philips Eindhoven HTC office

Education
•  Change management Certification course (e.g. Prosci)
•  Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt
