Project Objective
Philips Personal Health is seeking an independent professional service provider to execute the quality assurance and content validation for a digital migration project across Western European markets. The objective is to ensure the functional and content-related integrity of the new platform prior to and immediately following the go-live date.
Scope of Services (Results-Based)
The Service Provider acts as an independent expert responsible for the following deliverables:
· Phase 1: Validation & Reporting (Pre-Go-Live)
o Execution of a comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) protocol on the migrated platform.
o Technical and visual validation of content accuracy, link integrity, and layout consistency across Western European localizations.
o Delivery of a structured Defect Report, including technical ticket generation for the development team and follow up on resolution
· Phase 2: Post-Implementation Audit (Post-Go-Live)
o Final end-to-end verification of live production environments.
o Validation of critical user journeys and regression checks.
o Delivery of a final "Go/No-Go" quality assessment report for the project steering committee.
Professional Profile
The ideal Service Provider possesses:
· Expertise: Proven track record in Digital QA, UAT methodologies, or Content Management Systems (CMS).
· Autonomy: Ability to manage own workflow, planning, and methodology based on the project’s deadlines.
· Communication: Professional-level English (written and verbal). Ability to coordinate technical findings with stakeholders independently.
· Operational Readiness: Access to their own hardware and secure remote working environment.
