Freelance Trade Shopper Marketing Manager Food & Drug Benelux

Within our BNLX team we are opening an attractive position in Trade Shopper Marketing for the Benelux Food & Drug channel with customers like Kruidvat, Etos, Albert Heijn, Carrefour and Colruyt. You are responsible for:
Create, implement and evaluate the year-round Trade (Shopper) Marketing plans, in close cooperation with the Key Account Managers in the Food &Drug channel.
Develop and/ or sharpen the category visions based on shopper profiles from retailers and Philips brands.
Able to create, manage and drive account plans together with the KAM's in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions.
Delivering perfect stores via impactful assortment, POS, promo and shelf advices.
Create and implement the Local Shopper Activation plan, which contributes to the Key Account plan for the retailers within the channel.
Manages performance of Promotional spend, within the framework of the integrated A&P and trade spend planning to deliver effectiveness for multichannel activation.
Interacts with direct Trade Shopper Marketing colleagues within the Benelux organization and the Western European Trade Shopper Marketing team.

You are a part of:
The Benelux Trade Shopper Marketing team. You are working in a network of various stakeholders mainly based in Eindhoven and Amsterdam (e.g., Marketing, Trade Shopper, Logistics, Finance).
To succeed in this role:
you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following
minimum of 4 years experience in Trade Marketing or Sales.
FMCG experience, capabilities and knowledge.
Experience in working with Nielsen/IRI/GFK data.
Strategic, long-term thinking and planning but also operationally driving the daily business.
Speaking and writing English and Dutch at a profound level.
Bachelor or Master's degree
